Rosa Peruggini<\/h4>\n

President and Managing Director. Co-Founder of RMF Srl already Euroedil Srl, together with Giampero Serra, managed the start-up of the activity taking care of the development, the management organization, the internal company policy processes and the certifications.
\nShe has more than 25 years of experience in the Real Estate field, acquired in various multinational companies, counting among her skills in asset management, property and facility management, budget and finance, and compliance analysis.
\nGuided by a strong business spirit, Rosa Peruggini laid the foundations of RMF in 2001, investing in her own abilities and problem solving skills.<\/p>\n

Thanks to the determination and passion for her work, she transmits great energy to the RMF staff that has seen growing and transforming; until its consolidation on the market over the years.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Giampiero Serra<\/h4>\n

Managing Director with responsibility for company operations. Founder of RMF, together with Rosa Peruggini, he actively contributed to the growth of the company and its consolidation on the market, supporting the corporate strategies aimed at creating a Facility Management group.<\/p>\n

The deep knowledge of the technical and plant engineering sector, combined with the sensitivity regarding technical issues, sees him at the forefront in the promotion of a new service: the use of the drone in construction and plant engineering that has distinguished us; promoting innovative energy efficiency and environmental sustainability interventions. In 2018 he took on the role of Managing Director.<\/p>\n

He has a long experience in the services sector, collaborating with large multinational companies and holding positions of responsibility in Facility Management.
